Terravita's Swim and Tennis Center feafures a multi-function lap pool and lagoon-style land five tennis courts, including a stadium-style court. The. Center's outdoor Ramada invites casual get-togethers, and the outdoor spa is the ideal place to relax after a spirited game of tennis.
Walking Trails
The entire resort-style living community is integrated by a six-mile system of walking and hiking trails, linking all neighborhoods and social areas, including the Clubhouse.
Community Association
Every home owner in the community is a member of the Terravita Community Association. Membership includes enjoyment of and maintenance responsibilities for the common areas, and covers landscaping and maintenance of these areas and the community's streets. The Community Association fee also includes the resort style living services provided by the community's entry gates as well as Terravita's roving security personnel.
