Pat Corcoran of Realty Executives is a true professional. We met one afternoon by chance at an open house in the Terravita community. We were from out of state visiting relatives, just scouting the area getting a feel for the market. At the time real estate in the area was really booming and we told Pat that possibly we would be interested in some property there in the near future. He took our name and phone number and that was the start of a wonderful experience and a great friendship.

Unlike other realtors we had encountered in the past, he did call us, when we returned to Chicago. He sent us listings and e-mailed pictures as the properties came on the market. He was able to quickly zero in on what we wanted and did not waste our time and energy on properties that did not fit the bill. In other words he listened carefully to our objectives and in turn, we all came out winners.

Initially we bought five properties for investment from Pat within a short period of time. He handled everything for us promptly and efficiently taking care of any detail that came up. He put us in touch with local lenders and insurance professionals and again followed up accordingly. When tradesman or handymen were needed for any of the homes Pat took the lead and contacted them.

As these homes were investment properties, they needed to be marketed as such. Pat's firm Realty Executives did just that. In no time all homes were rented for the season and one of them for a year. When things came up such as mechanical problems or equipment and furnishings needed for the rental homes Pat informed us and measures were taken immediately to alleviate any and all issues.
